Amazing customer service. I had a manufacturer fault with a pair of Adidas shoes. I returned them a few weeks later and Tyrese was able to swap them without making me jump through hoops.Hats off to JD for employing quality staff.

Large well planned store. Large stock collection. Some shoe styles are exclusively stocked here and no where else. Great customer service, well spoken and helpful staff. Get the creep protect it will save your shoes

I called both the Hurstville and Miranda store numerous times, only to be placed on hold every time and then hung up on, the phone was never picked up by the staff, pretty poor service if you ask me.

I called multiple times throughout the day yesterday as the assistance I received from Michael via messenger did not resolve anything and seemed to be a bot that was responding to my questions. None of the responses received even remotely answered my inquiry & where simply FAQ's copied and pasted from the website, if I was able to find the info required from the help center I would not have contacted. I advised that I had mistakenly ordered a mens size 8 instead of a women's size 8 (shoes) over the weekend, online order ID 332423361. I asked that this simply be adjusted prior to the shipment, and contacted early yesterday and called multiple times throughout the day with no response. Now the order has been shipped (today) and I will now need to wait for the order to arrive, return the item, wait for a refund & place the order again. Really poor customer service which did not assist at all, will shop elsewhere from now on.

I went in today and got some really cool Armani’s for me and Air Jordan’s for my son. I would like to unreservedly apologise to the girl who served me. I was pretty annoyed when I left the store with tags one pair. I was called back ( fair enough) but I wasn’t very happy. Everyone was having a bad day. . I hope I did not make anybodies day any worse than it already was.A really good range of products and most importantly sizes…Thank you and sorry!!

Just came out from the store with no help for 30 minutes. Staffs here just want to do the bare minimum.

I would give 0 stars if I could for their lack of customer service, empathy and inability to go above and beyond for their customers. Absolutely pathetic store and outdated store policies. Don't waste your time shopping here.Was greeted by a young man who advised I could use a gift card to purchase shoes. They didn't have any in stock in my size so they were sent to my house. I received them but they didn't fit and the stupid built in tongue was very restrictive causing pain and discomfort after only minutes of wearing. I returned them but wasn't allowed my money back as I paid via gift card. The sales clerk never once mentioned this would be an issue even AFTER I SPECIFICALLY QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT THIS. He said it shouldn't be a problem getting a refund, I just had to return within 30 days - which I did. After speaking to their call centre numerous times and sending an official complaint, they have ceased contact with me and WILL NOT refund my money. That's almost $300 I've lost from my birthday money where I needed this gift card specifically for new shoes. They will only issue a JD gift card where I cannot use it at any other store but theirs. That’s so unfair and retail stores shouldn’t be allowed to keep peoples money in these circumstances. I understand my money cant be reloaded onto this specific gift card and they cannot give cash for fraud reasons but they could at least try to refund it to my debit or credit card or a bloody cheque in the mail. That’s how you settle a customer dispute with good morals and great customer service. NOT by cutting off all contact and leaving me with no acceptable resolution in my situation where I cannot afford to buy another pair of shoes now they’ve held onto my money. I am so upset by this and they simply don’t give a f#ck because I’m just one customer to them and they’ve got my money so what do they care anymore. How dare they. APPALLING SERVICE. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE.

Probably the best ever sneaker store. I have been to almost every sneaker store in Sydney but I bet NO ONE BEATS JD's price. Its been almost a year I have been buying sneakers from JD and I love almost everything about it especially the discounts lol. I am starting to feel I need a loyalty card now.

Run by high school kids. Took forever to get shoes I was after. Staff walking around trying to look busy. Kotas!

0 STARS! Shocking customer service!! First one to walk in the store and they told me they didn't have my size. Guaranteed me they had confirmed with another store. I travelled 1 hour there and back just to find out it was all a made up story and they did not have the shoes. When I approached the manager she was not comprehensive and had told me they reserved the shoes for someone else later in the day for someone else after telling me it wasn't in store! Workers were laughing while taking to me and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They even tried to make me pay the full amount to get them delivered after telling me they were also sold out in the warehouse...
