On 19/02/2023 in the afternoon around 2.30pm, I went to buy some grocery from Woolies Campsie, I left my phone at somewhere, and luckily one of the worker (I forget ask his name) found it and put it at the counter. Thank you so much for doing that. Wonderful people! Appreciate for your hardwork and kindness!

Staff are always helpful and mostly friendly.✓ Shelves are usually well stocked.✓ Good slection of offers weekly on items.✓ Overall clean but sometimes the floor has shopping cart marks.

I usually love my experiences here but today I got absolutely disappointed. As I am doing my shopping in the self service I get asked to check all my bags . The lady was not nice about it at all. And was invasive about it. After she individually checked every item she realised she was in the wrong and didn’t apologise or sympathises. I have bad anxiety and had an attack in store and she didn’t care to apologise or ask if I was okay… so not cool, not doing self check again for any more than 1-2 items. Also they don’t have enough meat variety.

So ghetto! Never enough parking. Staff are regularly observed squabbling or unaware of basic store procedures. Go to Coles clemton Park instead. Heaps bigger range, staff are well trained and better car parking.

I was there tonight and no it hasn't changed any that I am aware of. Couldn't buy the bread I went for, but got it elsewhere. At 7.45pm shop was very busy. Many people shopping. Workers stacking shelves and moving folded boxes around. The store is open now. Closes at 10pm. Opens at 7am.

Very unhappy to been served by this rough young fellow, he is rough, no respect, very poor customer skills.He has a Australia accent, but maybe Indian background? I have not seen him before. he is visible very overweight, dark skin. He was using a packet of frozen green peas from the store, to relieve probably a burn finger!? I think customers deserve better treat.I will go to Canterbury one better

This used to be 5 stars. Now the employees are a hit or miss with their customer service. In one visit, I had a not my problem attitude" and a "I'd be happy to help attitude".Bad customer service and messy shelving really does look bad on any business. Perhaps

Well, I gave them so many chances, but they never improve and keep discriminating to people of different origin. I have been coming to this store from last ten years, even then they still see me every-time in the store, as if im steeling something from them. Some of the old ladies specially working there, always ask if i have scan everything. I see this, they do mostly to people who looks migrants. I never said that and mostly ignored but someone from their management need to educate their staff. My monthly grocery from that particular store is worth over 2.5k. Never ever did anything bad or even with terrible service, I never complained. My car was once also hit in their parking lot by someone and they refused to help me saying they don’t have cameras, I still let it go. I might still be going to this store, as that is close to my place, but never expect a better service there and also be ready to be exploited because of having a skin of different colour.

This Woolworths Campsie deserves 0 star. Horrible workers always accuse customers with very laud voice. Many times they marked prices wrongly and than you checked out the prices were higher. If you want customers respect you, you should respect customers with good service.
