Called the store to ask for cards to be put aside for me to collect later in the day in which Liam whom I spoke to on the phone was helpful.I came to the store hours later for Chris to have no idea where Pokemon bulk cards were, let alone the specific cards I had put aside for me. In addition, he was reluctant to even ask Liam or any other members of staff where the cards could be located as its out of business hours". Surely a text message isn't too big of an ask considering the store was open.complete waste of my time. how can staff not know where their stock is?* UPDATE *Visited the store today (the following day) to once again grab my cards where the owner now greeted me and was very kind. i purchased some Pokemon go products and then upon realising my name and that i left the negative review his demeanor quickly changed and briefly tried to explain the mishap from the previous day. (poorly).I was then asked if i could change my review and i explained that i would amend it although it doesn't change the terrible experience and that i can't negate what happened.I proceeded to then ask if i can grab my cards now where he responded "i can't" because i wouldn't remove my negative review.I'm bewildered as to how you think that was the solution to solving a customer complaint. I felt bad leaving a 1 star review as it was possibly just an honest mistake

Great local business, always a crowd there for tournaments at night, plus cool merch available. Just across the road from Deluxe Bar for the locals wondering exactly where it is.

I've ordered cards from here on 4 separate occasions. The 1st and 3rd times were okay, but I've had issues with the 2nd and 4th orders. For my 2nd order, I had ordered 35 cards, but I did not receive one of the cards. They must have accidentally forgotten about it. I didn't care too much about it as it was a cheap card and decided to just forget about it. In my 4th order, which was not long ago, I had ordered 62 cards, but this time I did not receive 7 cards. Very frustrating, so I decided to message them twice and have waited almost a week now, but still no reply. They seem to mess up with large orders of cards. Missing cards and no reply. I won't be buying from here again.

It might be just a small shop next to Essendon station, but it can be full of surprises. I can't thank the guys that work there enough, helped me alot to finally get these cards at a great price. If you want to have just a good time or buy something as great as these vintage cards the staff that work there will definitely look after you.

Picked up two singles for a great price - one of the best stocked and priced places in Melbourne, especially for Digimon TCG. Also great to see an inviting decor, compared to the usual weird gloom of TCG stores.

small shop with friendly owner.dont be mistaken with shop appearance however, the owner often sell exclusives items as well.will always give you fair deal and great card gaming experiences.

Excellent customer service! Jason and Chris were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back, this place is a hidden gem of Essendon; Friendly staff, great service, fairly priced gaming products, great atmosphere - I would highly recommend checking it out!

This is a reliable website to buy trading cards such as Cardfight Vanguard and Dragon ball super CCG, they had all the cards I ordered and in a efficient amout of time in under 1 week!
