The team at AA1 mechanics were excellent. The head mechanic was open and honest about what my car needed. A great experience after being over charged and having unnecessary changes made to my car.

We had a minor car accident with few scratch marks at the rear bumper and also a few scratches on the rim of the tyre that happened over time. So we decided to book in Schmick to check if they can fix it for us soon. As promised on their website they gave us a call within the next 2 days and booked us in rather quick (about a week) for the repair. The mechanic arrived before the scheduled time and finished all the repair jobs within the promised timeframe (so we could use the car for other appointments) without leaving a single mess in the garage. The whole process from booking to repairing was done in a very pleasant and professional manner I would say. Both the staff and mechanic are super friendly and I must mention the workmanship of the mechanic is just top rated that leave us speechless. Our car looks brand new after the repair. We are super happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone anytime.

Came in to get a oil leak fixed , they charged $400 and it fixed nothing , had the same oil leak an hour laterBrought back in to fix and they said they can't fix itWhen asked for compensation on the price I paid they have every excuse under the sunNot a very good mechanic wouldn't recommend coming here100% disappointed

Worst experience, put the car in due to coolant leak, charged $780 to replace 1 hose and flush. they held the car for 2 days. got the car back still leaking, I checked the leak location and it was the same hose they just replaced! called them up to explain the issue and the mechanic was very blunt and hung up on me, I then called the front office to complain that this is super unprofessional from a reputable" business and they requested the car in that day. So I put it back in for another day again

Had the car for a week and didn't do anything except change the battery which didn't fix the problem. Except for a single call (which I initiated) to say they were waiting for a battery, there was zero communication in that time despite multiple calls which all went to voicemail. When I wanted to tow the car to another mechanic they left parts that had been removed when they removed the battery, strewn over the front footwells. I found them completely unprofessional in all respects and would not recommend them at all.
