Alpha Nursing

Great agency to work with. The allocators are very hard working and always try their best to fill shift requests. Unfortunately, a lot of the nurses won't bother learning the necessary skills to do anything more than patient specials, despite requests from the allocators and clients.

Hopeless

I've been with Alpha Nursing for about 15 months and absolutely loving it. The allocation staff at the Keilor East office are wonderful; incredibly helpful and polite.I choose when I'm available to work and, the vast majority of the time, there is work available. I love having the flexibility to choose my own schedule to suit my needs within my family life.My only gripe is that there isn't much work near my home town, so I have to travel 45 mins to an hour for each job. However, I enjoy visiting different facilities and having variety in my work week.

It’s a pleasure working with Alpha nursing, very professional staff who are always supportive. Great variety of work for nurses and personal care attendants. Alpha offer online learning competencies that help nurses keep up with CPD hours. Well done team.

Excellent agency to work for , Have been with them for 12 months and very happy with all the staff . All staff very friendly and easily approachable.

“WORST WORST WORST AGENCY”Worst agency I have ever worked with. Pls don’t register with them. They force you to work every where if you say NO to them they didn’t give you work. Some of the staff members are speak very rude, hang up your call in the middle of conversation. If you continuously work at one or two sites for some time which are close to your house or you want to work over there in future, after some time they didn’t give you work over there and inactive you for those sites because they said you cant work on the same sites. So you can not work where you want.WORST WORST WORST

Worst agency to work with. Fionna doesn’t know how to talk to the employees. Hung up on me in the middle of call and waa very rude. Didn’t even bother to listen what a person is saying tho I called in 13 hours prior starting my shift. I tried to call back and she put me on hold again and again.

The team at Alpha have been wonderful to work with, I've been with them since 2014. The team in the office are nothing but professional and approachable if I've had any issues/concerns. The flexibility and wide range of work on offer is something I've always enjoyed and continue to do so :)
