The most rude people I have ever talked to in my life. They are super arrogant with customers. They need to learn social manners first and then maybe customer service afterward. They gave me a call back after I enquired a service and it was missed. After I called them back, the arrogant receptionist was so aggressive and just yelling at me and not even listening to why I've called them. After I asked her to listen to me, she called another guy who was even more rude and hung up the phone 3 times on me. Finally after picking up the phone, he was rudley shouting at me that why I'm calling over and over. I asked him to introduce himself and he refused a few times.One star is way too much for this place. If my car is broken in a thunderstorm I don't want these people to fix it for me.

This is the place to go to get your car repaired! Lee is the kindest person and so trustworthy. I spent a lot of time looking for the right place to take my car to and triple s is the only place I can truly trust.They are super nice, accomodating and very professional.Even after we moved further away from the city I still drive all the way because I know my Honda Jazz will be in the best of hands.Thanks so much Lee and Angie.Kat

Seriously the best place to take a Saab. I've had my 900i for almost 14 years now, so I've been to a range of Saab specialists during that time. The same problems would arise time and time again, with non OEM parts used through to faulty reconditioned ones and overall bad workmanship. I heard about Triple S from another Saab driver and gave them a go, and wow - what a difference! Lee is so knowledgable and skilled, and Angie is always a joy to talk to. They do their best to fit me into their busy schedule, too.Lee has rectified all of the strange shortcuts that other mechanics took (i.e. one Saab mechanic in SE Melbourne removed the O2 sensor after I asked them to investigate a check engine light)! My car is a joy to drive now!
