Thank you to the young man, in the shoe section, who measured my foot and took the time to find the right type of Brook's shoe that would suit and fit me best. His knowledge on sports shoes was excellent.

Very friendly staff.They didn't have what I was afternoon in stock, but did provide a free shipping code to allow me to order it online.They also provide a kickback to your sporting club from your purchase, which is a great thing to help all those sporting clubs.

This particular store can be hit & miss in regards to service. Two outstanding staff members are Christine ( on the front desk) this lady knows everything, always friendly & helpful. Robert in shoes is very knowledgeable. I have had to edit this review to add Sandra, this lady has sensational knowledge about sporting shoes. Sandra is a runner therefore she can relate to the sport you need your shoes for. Undoubtedly the best!!

We came in over the weekend. Received top tier service and very happy with our shopping experience.The management should be exceptionally proud of their staff especially a young bloke named Robert who made shoe shopping a breeze.10/10 experience
