Our two visits to Computer Trouble Shooters of Grafton blew us away with excitement after I gingerly gave them a nearly new Acer Laptop for repair written off by two former Computer repairers declaring the motherboard as dead caused by online overseas scammers I refused to pay, stating I would take it locally instead, having put my Acer out of action, with just a visit to Computer Trouble Shooters Grafton, it was not considered a problem at all and 2nd visit to collect it goes very very well I am so ecstatic and thoroughly recommend their wonderful friendly service, if you have doubts take your problems to these good people..

Took a month to fianlly get my laptop back after being told it would only take about a week or 2. It took 11 days just to get a quote. If you want the job done you'll have to pester them, don't expect them to get back to you or weeks may just go by while you wait. You'll also pay upto 60% before the job is even done. 2 star because when I finally got it back it seems to be working well so gotta give credit where credit is due. They do a good job on there fix ups.Just don't expect them to be fast, good at communicating or cheap.
