Auto Parts Centre

Hi, not much good to say about this company. We went to these people to get parts for our smartfortwo. Were quoted $490 for the parts so left a $180 deposit which they are now saying never happened. (This was at the gate, we werent allowed in). So still waiting for some kind of resolution so we can get car on road. Have got paperwork from fair trading to try sort this out. Apparently the person we handed the money to was on holiday at first & no clue now..??

Bought part and I have been told that the part will arrive next day by lunchtime and make wait until 3 days lost my business for 3 days and staff got angry and used abusive language very bad Service not recommended at all

Bought the hub assembly for my Renault the price was good service was great happy to recommend to any Renault owner

on the 23/05/2022 i ordered a car part from APC parts from their online shop on Ebay. due to unforeseen circumstances i needed to organise a refund. i had contacted APC parts on the 26/05/2022 in which i spoke to Chris. Chris spoke in a professional manner took me through the process and lodged a full refund for the item i had purchased. Chris handled this situation with the upmost highest professional standards.-chris acknowledged my situation and listened-asked what had happened-provided an understanding response- and resolved the matter-but most of all chris showed that he does care for customers and would like to assist in anyway he can.thats why if i ever need another part for my vehicle i wont hesitate to shop with APC parts.thanks Chris turned a stressful situation into an easy one!

Don’t trust this company. They incorrectly listed an item, we called to confirm if it was the right part. It turned out wrong and now they will not answer phone, return messages or email. We have asked for refund with no response.

Ramim was professional and helpful. My neighbour was helping me find the part (and installing it for me) and called APC and spoke to Ramim about it. Then I called Ramim and he spent the time answering all of my questions and checked he could get the right part by looking at photos I emailed and checking my VIN number. The cost seemed good value to me because it was about half the price the car dealer quoted me for the same second hand part. The part was delivered to me within a few days. It was the right part, wrapped very well, the right colour and had a 3 month warranty. The part worked from the start and it's been about 6 weeks and so far so good. I am very grateful for the level of customer service, thank you Ramim.

I have called 3 times now for a ABS Module, I gave them the part number etc… was told they have the part and they will contact me back in three seperate occasions to deposit money. This is the 3rd day now still nothing. Have not got a call or a text as promised, this is ridiculous and infuriating.Spoke to Chris and made the experience a whole lot better! thank you
