The custom cake I ordered for my event was both beautiful and delicious. Ordering was easy and staff really took the time to explain the different options to me. Will be ordering again, thank you!

I wish I remembered to take a picture of the rainbow cake before it was completely munched!The cake was delicious, moist, super fresh and the colours were so vibrant!It's my first time trying your cakes and definitely won't be the last time.. Today is my daughter's birthday and ordered a cake from this shop which is a VG cake, very beautiful, my daughter loves it, very delicious and the children's cupcakes are very beautiful, order every year. Importantly, it's safe.

Picked up a wild berry baked cheesecake from here and received it with nothing on top. Just the biscuit base and berry compote swirls in the vanilla cheesecake. The website clearly quotes “A vanilla cheesecake, with swirls of berry compote baked on a graham biscuit base. Finished with fresh strawberries and blueberries and a wildberry flavoured mousse” I went back to the store after collecting the cake and told one of the workers the cake I received has nothing on top and the website states that it’s finished off with berries and wild berry mousse. She replied saying that they don’t do that in their store and I would have needed to pay more. What a joke. The website has a clear photo of the cheesecake topped with berries and clearly states in the description as well for the same price I paid. Had I known the cake was going to be bare on top I would’ve went somewhere else to buy a cheesecake. So misleading and so not worth the money. Actually disappointing.

A great cake, appreciated by all who saw it. The birthday boy was very happy. Well done by Sam and his team. Great customer service. Also tasted as good as it looks. Highly recommended.

We ordered my sons 3rd birthday cake from here. It was our first time ordering and we were not disappointed. It was so fresh and yummy. Everyone enjoyed it. They also did exactly what I wanted in terms of image and colours and I couldn’t be happier. Thank You, catch you on the next celebration!!

A top-notch quality black forest cake.It's so fresh, yummy, and not too sweet, which I like. The owner of the shop, Sam, is a kind and friendly guy.He did the extra miles to accommodate my needs.Surely will come back to his shop for my next celebration.I genuinely recommend this Cheesecake Shop in Penshurst.

I have been coming here weekly since I started work nearby a year and a half ago. My husband has tried just about the whole menu. We have also had custom cakes made for our daughters birthday. Great attention to detail when designing cakes and great taste. Would highly recommend

We entered at 5:58 21 June 2023. We didn't know about closing time as we didn't check as we knew the shop was there. We walked in. No one was there so we were deciding on which cake to get. This asian lady walked in and said you have to order now as we are now closed. Politely we replied saying please give us 2 minutes. She replied saying No, you have to order now as we are closed now. Disrespectful.
