MVMT is a welcoming and enjoyable space to train in. Kari is experienced and accomodating. Great workouts that are also a lot of fun. Have been training with Kari for a number of years and have followed her other locations as a result of this. Would recommend to friends

I have recently started PT at MVMT, and I must say I am loving it. The 1:1s are great and I have moved into the groups of 4 PT sessions, which are great as I still get that 1:1 coaching that drew me to this Studio in the first instance.I wanted to learn the basics that is often lacking in a busy gym with so many people. Kari is delivering this (and then some more!), and I have learnt a lot in such a short amount of time. She is such a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend her and MVMT enough. If you want that 1:1 feel but also a bit of a group work that still provides you with that individual coaching feel, come try these guys out, they are awesome!

My wife and I searched for a gym for a long time and luckily stumbled upon Kari and MVMT in January 2022. We have both been training there together since.We have trained under all of the trainers at the studio and they have all been amazing.The attention to detail is awesome and the small groups in each session give us all of the attention we need.
