Got a new screen put on my new phone. Took it back after finding small chip after only 3 days. Explained to manager that the phone had not been dropped and Titan was only too happy to replace it. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Highly recommend going elsewhere. Took an iPhone with a broken screen in, came away with a phone that couldn’t make phone calls. Yes they fixed it again for free, but that was their fault. While I was there I overheard another customer returning his phone that had had a screen repaired an no longer worked.

One of my staff had a Samsung S5 repaired here before Xmas for a cracked screen (not dropped but who knows). Screen cracked again in the same place this week (it was NOT dropped and is only used in a flip case and taken care of). The place wanted full price for another screen repair.To be fair, the original repair worked fine but we expected the place to offer a cut price repair this time or to donate the labour or just come to the table somehow. They were not interested.If you want a phone repaired, just check the warranty terms/after sales service as some repair places offer an unconditional repair for a limited period should a screen crack again. $300 is a lot to pay for a repair that goes wrong again.

I brought my perfectly working iPad to get cracked screen fixed, I was happy that it was they offered the lowest price but but when I got my device back my home button wasn't working. I asked them what happened and they told me it was already like that when it clearly wasn't. When I got frustrated they kept making excuses and insulted infront of my children and began yelling at me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and they will break your device to make you spend more money. P.S LCD of iPad stopped working week later and they did not offered to exchange or refund. Please save your time and money, do not go to this place.

My screen protector was put on with great care and effort and I was given a discount for my phone case. Highly recommend.
