Worst experience EVER to date...consistently bagged my vehicle and encouraged me to deliberately drive into the water to collect insurance...even telling me in detail how to do it...was an angry and negative person to deal with from the get go....had nothing nice to say about anything...not helpful at all....and abusive to my husband and the mechanic that work on my vehicle....not a chance in hell id spend a single cent him.!!!
