VERY DISLOYAL SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR...!!! BEWARE!!!BACKGROUND:For over 3 decades my parent's paid thousands of dollars exclusively representation in all our legal matters. From the first purchase of their house in 86' through both their deaths, wills, legal filings, etc and final disbursement of assets finishing with the legalities in the sale of their house 40 years later. They held and disbursed $4million realised in the sale between us 4 children being the named beneficiaries.TO DATE:After their initial promise to provide info and now after sending 14 emails since and phoning voicemails only from me in the UK requesting copies of our probate accounts, which as named in will am entitled beneficiary, Sunman & Walker and admin staff simply chose toignore me without the courtesy of a response, acknowledgement or explanation. They obtained and disbursed the sale the house proceeds to, us, four brothers as we were the named beneficiaries, but now, 5 years on, not a sausage, mention or explanation with regard to $500k in the form of u.s. Citicorp stocks, shares, pensions and cash at u.s. Citibank my folks left.I am now investigating the misappropriation of these funds and coincidentally Tony Sunman and his sidekick Teena, although promising the info after my first request, still nothing a further dozen emails ignored.I suffer from Heart Failure and have limited mobility but will, nevertheless, be flying out from London to bang on their door for answers and speak to the authorities in person.In the meantimePLEASE AVOID THE RISK OF THE SAME.We've been loyal for years.,What chance have you got?....we were with them 40 years and now they won't even pick up the phone and help with the simple copies of folk's probate papers. This has now escalated to a far more serious enquiry regarding Misappropriation of Estate Funds......Walk on by!!!!!PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS LOT
