I have always shopped at this store since it openedAlways enjoyed my experience. Every bra I own is from bras n things.Today I cane in to a return a bra that the wire popped out last night.The woman Christine who served me was straight off the bat rude degrading and highly abruptI ended up asking for my bra back.. I’ll deal with the fountaingate store from now on.

5 Stars to the Great staff who made, what could have been uncomforatble, Xmas shopping easy. I Appreciate the time and effort.The organisation however needs to be more appreciative of the different sizes that beautiful women come in.Lots of $$ to be made if you cater more to REAL Women.....

Awful service!!!I was on the road in the car, called ahead. Lady (mid age I suspect) picked up the phone. Before I could ask her the question, she quickly snapped and asked me if I could wait as she was serving customers. Of course, I understood...however, I'm also a potential customer. Anyway not to worry. What was disappointing is the attitude & that she sat the phone down for 30 minutes and all I heard was her conversations as she served others. I hung up after 30 minutes and ended up going elsewhere. I do not recommend this store. She was so rude too!!

The right amount of lighting and a great store layout very friendly and extremely helpful staff would highly recommend shopping here even if you have to travel a little further to get there

I have only been once but really enjoyed the range myself. My wife found exactly what she wanted and the staff were really friendly and excellent help. Would deffinatly reccomend and will be going again

My partner is very shy, and gets anxious in shops like this. The lady working asked very loudly and directly in front of another customer Was it just these stockings you wanted today?" Why mention what it was?"

Wife need to return some items that didn't fit. The lady's working didn't say anything or even smile when greeting her. Just looked at her. My wife asked for the refund and got a 2 word response. Not very friendly.Must of been a long day for them.
