stay away! i drove all the way from taree for my 1pm appointment, arrived at the shop and stood there for 25 minutes before anyone even come to greet me (no chairs in sight so i had to sit on the ground) then i was told the tattoo i wanted was above there skill level and that they couldnt do it? complete waste of time.

Worst customer service ever. .Not a hello not a thank you not a good bye . Did not even took the time to give some simple advice for aftercare piercing.$45 for a piercing is a normal price even for a 2 minutes job..., but a bit of kindness never killed anyone .Staff has changed since I went last time , will definitely not be back and won't recommend to anyone either .

Did not have a great experience here. From arriving I felt the whole attitude from staff was negative and that they did not put time and effort into my tattoo design. The overall quality of the tattoo isn’t great either, but could be worse. They didn’t respect my decisions and didnt put much effort into my design.

Luke winter the guy name is don't not hire or let this guy tattoo you he well take ur money and run. I paid 200 downpayment and the guy haven't answered me since. Worked in Newcastle now his in Port Macquarie watch out...

Mans had me pay in cash, charged me $20 for a lip ring, and swiftly ran off out of sight before I could count my change and ask why the flimsy piece of face wire cost me the price of two zinger boxes

Horrible piercing service. Not only were the piercings done IMPROPERLY and in the wrong placement, (which the piercer would have known but didn't tell me.) But he did not walk through the process AT ALL first or make sure I was comfortable. He gave NO aftercare advice or any advice AT ALL. It was a horrible experience and I beg people who are thinking of getting pierced here; don't.Edit: Forgot to mention, but the jewellery used was also low-tier. A good piercer would use implant-grade titanium, obviously this place does not.
