I have been using Melvin for a number of years now to service my Tiguan and the wife's Golf. Melvin is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant in every interaction I've had with him, he has always gone above and beyond to try and look after me and my family when it comes to the servicing / repairs of our cars and finding time to fit us in and the price is significant less than what I have had to pay through dealers in the past in comparison. I would highly recommend Melvin if you're looking for someone trustworthy that you know is not looking to make a quick buck, but looking to take care of his customers for the long haul, both in service and cost!

Thanks Melvin, your a champ! Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me, your reviews were spot on. Melvin did a diagnostic test and nothing came up. The previous mechanic told me I needed a new hose, Melvin explained to me that I didn’t need one, also I was told I needed a new engine fan, Melvin told me I didn’t need it, it’s normal for the temperature to rise that high, he even went as far as showing me that my engine fan was working and that the noise I am hearing is normal. So I made a booking to get my car serviced, even though I just had it done not that long ago, I don’t trust the last experience I had with a mechanic, but thanks to Melvin that has now changed. I wouldn't recommend this company, especially if you have a diesel, i have a few issues regarding them.I took my car to get a part fixed, which was the first thing i had asked, as well as a general service and check over.the part i had asked to be replaced was never done, after spending over 2k and they said they weren't aware, which was not true.so I took it back and paid for the part which was $500 with labour(overpriced when the part is only $150) and then they ordered the wrong part in. I then had to wait, and they never contacted me back to let me know if the proper part had come in, i had to keep chasing, took over two weeks- they had their money so they didn't care.The first time i took my car for a service, i received it back- drove it and it had a horrible sound coming from one of the belts. so i asked them to look as this was never an issue, they reluctantly agreed and said it wasn't from them, even though they were the only mechanic i had been to- the second time i took my car here, after i waited the two weeks for the part i had paid for, they said they had fixed the noise, the noise was still there after the second service, but didn't want to waste my time, going back a third time. I took my car to another Mechanic, who was professional and honest. They pointed out I had multiple problems, and were baffled they hadn't been addressed one of which was a leaking exhaust and a blocked EGR valve, which they said would most definitely have been ignored or caused by this mechanic.if you want a lazy, overpriced mechanic, you have come to the right place.

My Chrysler recently broke down and the guys at Action Automotive Repairsgave me the ☆☆☆☆☆ treatment with a full service, changed my tyres and extra little things that really made them go above and beyond to a new customer. Look no further if you want a mechanic who provides the best when you haven't even asked for it and provides the best for an amazing price! You've just earned yourselves a returning customer for sure!

The guy that did my work was so great. Friendly, fairly quick and does not over charge. Recommend :)
