A fairly standard chemist, everything you would expect. Service is OK, staff friendly enough. Service is about average but just a little bit better then nearby chemists.

If j could give 0 star i would.... the whole staff were rude and and didnt even take notice of me... very disapointing

The lady that I had today at the front desk- I’m not sure if you’d name was Ellen or not, was absolutely lovely! Usually everyone is lovely!

I would like to comment Julie who works at Terry White Armidale for her excellent customer service. She always goes beyond the call of duty when dealing with me, whether I need beauty treatment or just products and she is patient, calm and very supportive. I can't praise her enough.

Very knowledgeable chemist who is always willing to share information.

THANK YOU for updating your open hours from holidays, etc. This is SO important for sick people making the effort to come in. GREAT SERVICE.

Absolute chaotic Pharmacy. Booked well in advance for a booster shot filled out pre screening questionnaire which they didn't bother to read and then informed me that I had booked the wrong booster/3rd shot. If I supplied relevant information than they should actually check it and confirm the booster is correct. I am not a medical professional and have no clue what shots I should be given as a booster. This is their responsibility as Pharmacists to ensure information is correct, not just inform people when they attend their appointment. Typical of Most Australian businesses these days as customer service is appalling with I don't care attitude. This is the third time I have had an issue here and will never go back. I will certainly be taking my pharmacy needs to Priceline where they actually give Service to customers.
