Sam, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. In my line of work I have to coordinate many staff and tradespeople and I can honestly say he is the easiest to deal with of anyone I have worked with.He communicates available days and times promptly, messages a summary of the work that was done and photos of any issues that were rectified and is always on time and polite.Also very reasonably priced.Thanks Sam.
