I will never go to springs medical ever again. The drs are great but the admin are terrible. I have gone many times and ALWAYS go to the counter after my appointment to pay. Yet randomly after appointments I will get notifications that I owe them money.Once I had to go there 2 days post surgery and I had a staff member hound me while I was in the waiting area and in pain that I owed them money. She couldn’t even wait until after I was finished and went back to the counter.I have sorted my account with them several times and made sure I have no more outstanding debts yet somehow after being told I don’t I still eventually get another notice about some outstanding payments.

The clinic told my partner she needed to book an introductory" appointment first before they would see her for a pap smear. My partner is on the cervical screening program which requires her to strictly adhere to having a pap smear on regular occasions. It's an outrage that a clinic not only demand you visit it twice for a very standard and common test that saves lives

Very disappointed with the telehealth consultation with one of the GPs (Dr Sadia Asad); in Spring Medical. she could not offer any sound medical advice, other than to take Nurofen. Then the clinic charged $80 for the phone consult that was less than 5 minutes.

Large clinic and big business. Most GPs are part-time in this location so it’s hard to get appointments with the same Dr, especially if urgent. But let’s be honest, pricing is a scam! Waited 40 mins for my appointment, was with Dr. only 5 mins and got charged $79 (OOP $40). Bulk Billing is offered to some, but seriously, when told to come back multiple times, it seems like a big money making scheme!

This practice needs to be shut down, we are local patients and the level of malpractice, misdiagnosis and medical negligence we have experienced is beyond belief. As the only medical centre in town, they are bullies , they turn sick patients away, the doctors fail to follow up. I will be reporting them to the commissioner and taking further action. Our family has suffers incredibly due to the malpractice of this medical centre.

No words can describe how ridiculous the health care services the doctors from this clinic provides.people can make mistakes but some of the things I have experienced with some of these so called highly regarded doctors over the years have just been plain out right dodgy. Iam not surprised that people suffer for so long before finally getting properly diagnosed.

What a horrible experience dealing with Springs Medical while on holidays with my partner. He was turned away for urgent care because he wasn’t an existing patient, and because they were so worried he had Covid (spoiler - he doesn’t ). Even then, they wouldn’t treat him in their outdoor respiratory triage centre. What is the point of having one if you don’t give people the care they need when they need it? He just needed treatment for his eye which is deeply infected. We drove an hour to Ballarat to be seen by a doctor who was far more helpful and we actually were allowed in the clinic.

Lucky they are getting one star but you have to in order to review. Several doctors lack of care and due diligence lead to a great loss. Highly recommended finding qualified doctors who follow up and do tests.Life is a blessing not to be foresacken.
