We've used them now a number of times to get urgent delivery of coffee beans from South Coast. Managed to get us out of a jam on more than one occasion! The girls in customer service are always helpful and if we trust them our beans we would trust them with anything!

Good service, easy to use and a good competetive price to get casual freight shipped.I would suggest to add the units required when entering dimensions - the website doesn't specify cm or mm and no where across the booking process do you get to confirm these details. Even at the end of the booking, a M(3) dimension is generated. It would be nice to be able to conifim those details before payment / finalzing the booking.

appalling service. the package booked to go to the usa for a special event didn't leave australia for 4 weeks. there was no tracking available. it took many more weeks and a huge number of phone calls to have the valuable item returned to me even though it was still in sydney. I had to harass them for a refund and wasn't refunded in full. run screaming from this company.

Item sent back to sender and failed to attempt delivery without adequate required explanation for such. Account charged for the failure to deliver as per job description. Customer service is extremely rude and non-compliant over the phone, and refuse to take accountability for misconduct, failure to delivery 'X' service on all facets. Emails were not responded to and customer service over the phone said refunds may or may not occur which will take 1-2 months for such requests which is not inline with ACCC laws. This company engages in fraudulent activity as they charged my account twice which was not authorised. NAB mentioned they manually input my card info hence the double charges despite no attempt to deliver what I requested. Will not be using the service again and do not recommend any businesses to use it as it lacks clarity, doesn't do what it's paid to do and is an inconvenience to business matters which require no mistakes whatsoever. Unacceptable and disgraceful behavior. Reviews show only excuses being responded to rather than accountability and do not care for the customer whatsoever and only about their business and individual incomes. I sincerely hope that this company goes into receivership shortly as customers should not have to tolerate what I have experienced.

DO NOT use these guys to send your parcels! I had 2 parcels sent on the same booking to NZ and then 1 was returned to me with no explanation. Then they said I would have to pay for the returned parcel to be sent AGAIN.

Couriers & Freight Australia were tasked to manage an international consignment from New Zealand to Brisbane Australia.I would strongly recommend NOT utilising this broker as my experience with them was less than satisfactory. I was left extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and poor management of my consignment.I have serious concerns about C&F's ability to adequately manage delivery or coordinate with carriers delivery of a consignment in a timely manner.I wouldn't trust this organisation to even manage delivery of a newspaper.Very poor communicationMultiple Excuses from C&F staffPoor Management of my consignmentLack of Service

You only ever seem to see negative reviews of freight companies as happy customers don't post.Previously being involved in Freight & Log. I was a bit sceptical, but for the price I was willing to see how it went.I made sure all my dimensions and weight were correct and I got my quote.TNT picked it up at 2pm in Adelaide and I had a delivered notification the next day at 10am in Melbourne. Yet to see any extra charges (shouldnt be since my data was spot on and fork load/unload at both destinations) so all in all I am very surprised with my service and will be using again.EDIT: 2 weeks later, still no extra charges

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Probably the worst shipping experience I’ve ever experienced. From the time my quote was accepted to delivery was a total of 5 weeks to get from from NSW to Perth. The truck that was originally sent to pick up my order wasn’t long enough (though dimensions were clearly stated) so C&F left it there without even attempt pickup for a further 3 WEEKS before I had to force customer service to give me hourly updates to ensure it was picked up. They then allowed it to sit in Sydney depot for a further week before shipping it on to Perth. I had given 3 weeks for the delivery deadline (very reasonable, usually a 7-10 day timeframe) as I needed my goods for a NYE event, which Lorna was aware of, agreed to and knowingly took payment for with this deadline laid out. My goods were finally delivered, badly damaged, to which Lorna has advised, once again, they’re not accountable and I should claim through insurance as they will not pay for it, nor the loss of income I’ve suffered due to their failures. I had goods delivered from the USA in a shorter time frame over the same period. Shockingly bad customer service, and no accountability whatsoever. Absolutely do not even consider using them for your business. Unreliable, unaccountable and untrustworthy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.EDIT: As I have no opportunity to reply to C&F response I’ll put it here. What you you have written is categorically untrue. You are blatantly lying rather than taking accountability for extremely poor customer service. At NO POINT was I advised shipment would not arrive within the timeframe outlined until after it had been left on at the pickup location for 3 weeks and needed to be in Perth within 7 days. At no point was I advised it needed to be on a pallet. At no point have you taken accountability for any poor delivery of service. And if you consider me forcing your team to provide hourly updates to ensure the service I had paid for would be delivered as “going above and beyond” then your business is deeply dysfunctional. I recommend you spend less time lying on Google reviews which I note takes you considerably less time to respond to than a written email complaint, and review your business and operations. Less than 3-star average speaks volumes, perhaps you should start listening and stop defending untruthfully.

Unfortunately C&F didn’t assist me well following suboptimal service from TNT. TNT failed to pickup my item as per job pickup date because I requested a manual consignment note - there’s no warning that you need to print the note whilst booking, so beware! Only after the fact was I alerted to this. I added the manual note to the job but the driver refused to collect it. The job was then delayed over the weekend. After some difficulty finding a way to print it, my item was collected but delivery to Brisbane was delayed four more days. I received nil communications re: actual delivery date, as apparently the scanner wasn’t working. When it reached day 6 I called again (beware - TNT wont talk to you when a booking company is used) C& F finally advised me the job was on board for delivery that day within a matter of hours. Nil prior advice made it extremely difficult to receive the item, as I was at work.Three weeks after, I was charged an $81 fee (original job was only $33!) because I accidentally nominated ‘business’ instead of ‘residential’ for drop-off.C&F weren’t responsive post-delivery to address my concerns. I had to follow them up four times (email and phone) before being told they disagreed with my appraisal that the job was sub-optimally managed, even though the driver failed to collect the item on the day I’d booked it! The whole job caused innumerable complications for myself having lost time at work, and also the lady business owner at the pickup location.C&F were helpful initially when I asked for advice re manual consignment note, but fell short of upholding good customer thereafter. I’d not recommend TNT nor Couriers and Freight sadly.
