Australian Wholesale Oils (AWO)

My daughter was given a coupon code for a 10% discount by AWO but they refused to apply it to my order. The order came to a total of $227 which would of been a $22 deduction. When I enquired they informed me that a discount code has already been used in a previous different email order under my name. However, the new email provided was my 16 year old daughters email as she wanted me to make a purchase on her behalf. Since I made the order using my details and not hers they refused to apply the discount. I then asked for it to be cancelled but they came back with a bulls**t “no refund policy only credit” applied excuse.So over $22, AWO has chosen money over keeping their customers. I told them I wouldn’t be shopping with them again in the future.

Great range of oils and butters and ingredients for cosmetics. Free gift with orders over $75 (nice touch). My go to for my mens range of beard oils and face creams. Easy ordering online and prompt.

Recently purchased my first shipping order with Australian Wholesale Oils (AWO), without testing the oils. I rarely purchase without testing, however the comprehensive information relative to each oil was reassuring. I am thrilled with these oils. Not only are the oils top shelf, but the bottling and seals first rate. The oils are simply beautiful. Too, the delivery arrived according to the time given with my order. I was provided with a tracking number and progress reports during the shipping process. I am sold on AWO, and though enjoy a variety of brands, they have become my foundation oil when blending. A well deserved 5 stars.

Price - Really well price, especially when looking against what would be considered inferior products. The offering of larger sizes (100ml) also makes it much more economical than buying smaller 15ml or 30ml sizesService/Website - Plenty of detail, easy to find products and product information, bundles and easy transaction.Delivery - Surprisingly was really quick! Especially given the size of the order. Was dispatched next business day after ordering, and delivered the following.Product - Great! Still working my way through all the oils that I bought (mainly for the cold and flu season and some to keep the home office from getting too stale) but so far I'm really happy with them!

I ordered oils from AWO on a Thursday and received them on Saturday. Amazing service and delivery times even during lockdown! Great quality oils with great variety packs, especially loving the Australian native essential oil pack. Will definitely be ordering from AWO again!

So happy I’ve found this company. I was in search for good quality oils at a reasonable price. The quality is truly amazing. Delivery was also very quick. One of my oils leaked in transit, but the wonderful customer care team quickly resolved the issue by offering to send me a replacement. Great company and very happy to support them!!

This company catered for my every needs! I loved their design of their website as well as the new products they come out with regularly. Excellent service. Postage was extremely quick. Bottle packaged very, very well. The smell of the Atlantic Cedar oil is beautiful. It smells very similar to the certified organic cedar oil I bought from another company. I use Cedar Oil to repel SILVER FISH which come into my apartment from the one below. It absolutely works, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I have seen the silver fish go absolutely crazy when the cedar oil was placed next to their face (which I did to test, when I found one of them on my floor).
