Bakers Delight Mascot

I have lived in Mascot my whole life and have bought cakes from this bakers delight for as long as I can remember. Today however I had the displeasure of meeting the young lady Hannah serving customers who needs to get a lesson in customer service. She was rude to not only me but another customer before me and when I pulled her up on it she refused to give me my order, called me horrible and stated that she spoke in the way she did to the customer before me because he didn't understand what he had to do with the eftpos machine so it was necessary for her to raise her voice and speak in the tone she did which was dogmatic. I was disgusted at her behaviour and the way she handled herself which was completely unprofessional and I am sure is not what Bakers Delight want their face of the company to be. I will be reporting her accordingly and hope she invests in some quality training with her delivery when serving the public in and outside of Bakers Delight. The rest of the staff are great, with the bakers doing a sensational job as well

Always great service and the product is some of the best that I have seen and tasted. This is a Bakers Delight worth visiting.

Pizzas are over cooked and base is rock hard they taste like their a day old.

I have never had any issues in this store. They are always well stocked and the staff are very friendly.

Hi or G'day world this is my local and I've never ever had any trouble with this store and they service.I've been going to this store for years every week and again I must say I will be back for more.Ps get in early to get the best pick of the day.

Doesn’t disappoint for a quick stop for some finger buns.

Just moved to Sydney from country NSW and decided to stick with Bakers Delight, but the quality at this store is very different from others. Most's of the time I get bread or rolls, if not stale when given to me are bin worthy in the morning. This morning I went to use the rolls purchased yesterday from Sunday breakfast and had to bin them as they were like 1 week old supermarket rolls. I strongly suggest going elsewhere but here
