I don't usually do Google Reviews, but this time i thought it was important to let everyone know. The team at i-Med Strathpine were amazing! The booking routine was floor-less. Upon arriving the reception staff were very friendly and comforting, they explained everything in nice clear detail and i was already aware of my out of pocked upfront. The lady who carried out the scan was very understanding of my situation and checked on me regularly during the process. Overall 5 stars for sure.

I’ve never had a good experience here. They don’t book appointments online even though you fill out the form for an appointment. They give incorrect instructions for procedures and then have to rebook. They have incorrect opening hours listed on their website and the door of the practice. Staff are rude.

I recently had an obstetric 20 week ultrasound. The report comes back and says the sonographer didn’t get a clear enough picture of part of the brain. They shouldn’t have sent me away until they had all the right images.They suggest coming for another scan.I ring to ask whether it will be bulk billed (as my dr says seems fair). After all, if the sonographer didn’t get the pictures (no fault of mine), surely I shouldn’t be charged another $250? Yes that’s right, each scan is $240 or something like that.They refused the bulk billing.More worryingly…my dr says that she’s not surprised. Many (if not nearly all) of her patients sent there get told to come back for another scan.In this scenario we’re looking at either incompetence…or more frighteningly, there’s some kind of greedy scam going on.Update - imed rang and apologized after seeing my review and said there was a misunderstanding and that I can indeed have the follow up scan bulk billed.Also wanted to add that I had a good experience when I went for a 6 and 12 week scan there.Staff and sonographers are very friendly, but it’s a shame about the misunderstanding.The sonographer who did my 12 week scan and did the apology call is really great.

Had a great experience with the staff here. We were able to walk in for an x-ray with no booking. Only waited 10mins to be seen. The facility its self looks a little dated but the staff more than make up for that.

I had a procedure done on Monday 3rd April. All the staff were great and I'm afraid I gave the Doctor a hard time by saying during the procedure, Are you any good?" Yes he was. Sorry Doc."

Excellent reception service and easy to get appointments. Prep for appointments are explained clearly and are made to feel at ease.Walk in X-rays are a very convenient and reports are promptly sent to the GP.The practice is clean and staff ensured safe social distancing between waiting patients.Highly recommend.

Honestly the most lovely reception staff I’ve ever dealt with. My radiographer was also incredible, and made me feel super comfortable (unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she had an awesome English accent and cracked the best jokes) . Prompt and professional service - could not recommend them more.

The staff here are fantastic. I had to bring my mother in (who has dementia) and at every stage they made what could have been a very difficult process seem easy and pleasant. Special thanks to Sharon on the front desk for treating my Mum with such respect and dignity, it was truly appreciated.

Spent 35 mins waiting on hold just to cancel an appointment only for the machine to hang-up on me then have to wait another 35 mins then to have them answer and it took 10 seconds. also the machine said the wait would only be 1 min great service

Great service from the moment you walk in. I almost fainted after my procedure today, & my doctor & Craig were very caring. I can’t thank them both enough.
