Quoted $102 each for 2 tyres. As I have an account the invoice was emailed to me. Opening the email I found I was charged $105 each and $9 each to despose of the old tyres. I rang and was advised an amended invoice would be emailed. I'm still waiting. I feel that when a quote is given then if there is a desposal fee for the old tyres than that should be included in the total when the quote is given.

No professional additude front office guy blamed service man for my problem when I complain he said the person responsible no longer works there But i saw him doing same job i am not happy with the outcome office Lady rang to say we have your rego papers told here the story have not had any communication from company (can't use the trailer since been there )

There are some businesses that are just a pleasure to deal with. I received Fantastic service and they are just super nice guys. A family members car had broken down, I called and asked if it was possible to get a new battery asap. It was fitted and i paid for it over the phone within the hour. If i ever had a problem again, i would definitely be calling Dubbo Tyre and Battery. They are awesome.

Excellent customer service and extremely competitive pricing .. just go in n talk to either Bruce or Lee Anne and they'll sort you out .. best customer service I've had in a good while tbh ... very happy n would gladly recommend.

Great service and very prompt, able to assist with a couple of hard to find rims and tyres for an old caravan. Would highly recommend. The whole team gave us fantastic service straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and we were on the road again in less than an hour.

They UNDERSTAND the challenges and issues a Transport business faces. the expertise and thoughtfulness of Bruce, Nick and the crew They engage and consult with transparency in regards to issues or matters involving tyres, I LIMIT how much professional business I do in Dubbo to this very day apart from a handful of tradespeople and will continue to, DT&B is an exception to that rule PROUDLY!!!PRIOR to engaging in services provided by this establishment, I otherwise utilised dealerships in Brisbane and Melbourne, this business has changed that, I exclusively deal with ONLY DT&B as of 1.5 years ago thereabouts and VERY SATISFIED. CAN RUN A ROADTRAIN into and AROUND their NEW site, the old Tyreright, great location and PRICE COMPETITIVE!!!
