Fantastic customer service!It was absolutely packed when I arrived but there were a good amount of staff on and it only took 20 minutes to wait.Bailey was able to help me with pre-ordering my new phone, which was rather difficult to do online through the chat due to having an existing service. He was incredibly personable, professional, and served with a smile. Highly recommended and wanted to give him a shout out for his great work.This Springfield store is located in the Woolworths side of Orion with internal entry, near Merlo.

My sister-in-law recently bought a new mobile. We are both technology challenged and we're very lucky to encounter Lily in your store. Lily could not have been more kind and helpful towards us. Our experience and her service was outstanding. Thanks Lily.

I am rating only the customer service which was very good and fast. They show me in an easy way the options I have for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, none of them were suitable for me.

I would've rated this much higher but on a recent visit i was confronted by a women who told me help eas by appointment only and they don't have appointments in the hour before they close. She wasn't doing anything. I wanted to ask a yes or no question but was sent packing. Poor form Telstra.While i understand about managing the quantity of people who come through your doors for help, this isn't a way to provide good service overall. You still need to have a floater to manage non bookings.You lost a sale that day. Had i received an answer to my question i would've come back with an appointment. Sadly for you, I spent my $3k at JB HI where they were happy to sell me products without an appointment.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated the help given in the Springfield store by Jackson. He went out of his way to assist me and answer any questions I had. He also made the whole process of upgrading my phone (which I was dreading) really straightforward. 10/10 experience, thank you so much! If his store manager is reading this, you should know he’s a great asset to Telstra.

My elderly mother had a horrible experience today with a female staff member here. She was spoken to extremely rudely and embarrassed in front of other people in the store. I've also myself experienced a similar situation with the same lady. The Caucasian couple in front of me were served respectfully but as soon as she came to me her tone changed. Even worse, when she discovered my annual spend with Telstra, she immediately perked up again.Springfield has a significant population of Indian origin, so why work here if you're going to show such obvious racial bias. If you go here, try to avoid this lady and speak to one of the younger males. My mother was sent home almost in tears and I had to get my brother to resolve the issue at another store - it was done in 30min despite this lady insisting it was not possible.

Lily was terrific, so helpful with everything. It’s rare to find such a great sales assistant these days, what an asset she is to your business.

Decided to pay my phone bill at my local Telstra Store today. Now that’s something I have not done in years as it’s all now done through the Telstra mobile app.What great service I received today, staff member (sorry I forgot to grab your name) was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only was it a very easy transaction to pay my bill I also received some great savings option’s moving forward. I know where I will be going when I go to upgrade my mobile phone.Thank you Telstra @ Orian Shopping Centre
