RemoteISP P/L

I have been with RemoteISPfor a few years now and it is the best internet I have ever had. Their internet itself is reliable fast bandwidth, has been fantastic for our data hungry home, on a rural property. RemoteISP internet i hands down beats NBN satelite internet (none of this off and on peak quotas) pricing is much more affordable. Their customer service is phenominal. Love these guys cannot praise RemoteISP enough.

I've been a customer of Remote-ISP since they arrived in the district a year ago and am very happy with the service and support. Remote-ISP provides a service to rural customers that is comparable to urban internet access. Speed, latency and bandwidth are excellent. Michael is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Remote-ISP.

Before RemoteISP came along we had tried special expensive antennae, the major telcos and SkyMuster. We had no mobile signal, slow internet and found running a business after hours to be extremely frustrating. Michael from ISP had us up and running in a short time with amazing speeds for us and prompt local service. We now stream music and movies, have wifi mobile service in the house and an affordable plan. Although we still have no mobile service outside, that is solely the fault of our major telco, not Remote ISP.

Excellent Internet service! Despite being located in a 'black hole'area, connection is affordable with really good up/download speeds.. Michael is a really nice professional, knows his job and the local region. Is easy to contact.RemoteISP has solved all our issues.

We've been with Remote ISP since Decemeber 2020. Fantastic old fashioned service from a local business. Reliable and consistent speeds (30 down, 10 up) for similar, if not cheaper prices than the big telcos. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and the crew at Remote ISP.

I work from home and need a fast and reliable connection. My internet connection was always unreliable and speed was unpredictable with mobile broadband from the big two". NBN Sky Muster would not fill the bill as has too much latency

We live on a farm and have had RemoteISP for two years now. Having three daughters on the net have never experienced any problems like we did when we were with the big providers.Michael installed repeaters which covers the acreage around the house so I run everything thru google.Water irrigation/ pool / lights etc. remotely if needed.Thanks for your work.

Remote ISP came to the rescue for us when we were stuck on the NBN satellite merry go around, with high costs, poor quality and capped Data (a nightmare with kids home schooling), we had Remote ISP referred by a friend and have never looked back. Great infrastructure and we are basically connected like anyone living in town with hard wired NBN, NO CAPPED DATA plan available. You have a local contact so aren't diverted overseas for your support and Michael is available for site visits as and if needed. No brainer for anyone on NBN satellite. Make the switch.
