I was stranded with my daughters in Mildura while there for a netball tournament. The moment we arrived, checked in to our lodge and had to get my daughter to her lodging, the car wouldn't start.I spent the weekend stressed. Then a lovely maintenance man at the Commodore Inn handed me a post-it note with Mark's mobile.He and his staff had us back on the road Tuesday morning after ordering the part Monday morning.

Took my car to this garage on Monday because it kept stalling when it had low revs. They looked at it for about 5mins didn't even test drive the car just said it was probably the petrol pumps and said that my car wouldn't make it to Melbourne unless I had them done, feeling like I had no choice because I was leaving that day they just got on and done the work, didn't ask me for the go ahead just did it anyway. Charged me $280 just for me to get on my way and it had not made any difference! the car made it to Melbourne but stalled a lot along the way! Clearly they just took advantage of the fact I am a young girl who doesn't know much about cars and backpacker who was going to be leaving the town that day anyway so just ripped me off! Since arriving in Melbourne I took the car to another garage where they said it's obviously not the petrol pumps, they then test drove it and cleaned out a few pipes ect and now it is working fine and that only cost me $80!!! Not a happy customer and $280 dollars short for no reason! I Feel robbed!!!!

when i booked the car in to get a road worthy i asked them to fix the oil leak, it was mentioned it to them twice, they did not fix it. it was supposed to take 3 days to do the roadworthy as well as fix what was needed to pass and get gas tank stamped in Adelaide. The car had a new battery in it prior to them working on the car. When i rang a few times to enquire about how it was progressing they would tell me different things each time no one had a straight answer, they were rude on the phone and oil leak not fixed also when the car was picked up just on closing it would stop running when it was put into park. they were closed the next day so haven't been able to contact them about it, another battery has been purchased now as it was flat. i would not recommend them to anyone.

I have known Mark for a very long time & have always used him for all scheduled servicing or repairs as required. Very knowledgeable on all makes & models. Competitively priced & the best customers service.
