Marc and his team go above and beyond.Recently had my vehicle in for repair to the boot (which was great) my reverse sensors seemed like they weren’t working as before.Marc personally drive out to inspect them(of course they were fine) and in an unrelated event my battery died which he offered to assist in replacing!I can’t praise their service and professionalism enough. Just an awesome honest good bloke.Hopefully I don’t need a repair again but if I did I would be back in a heart beat!Thanks team!

I took my cars to Chelsea Smash as I found them to be quick and efficient .They were very attentive and spotted things that needed fixing that I had overlooked.Mark and the boys in repair and painting couldn’t have been more helpful.They dropped me home and also loaned me a car when my wife had her repairs done .I have had repairs done elsewhere but these boys ( and Tracy the receptionist) surpassed my other experience.I would not take my car for repairs anywhere else .Top job guys .

Great service and polite and friendly staff who have been willing to go above and beyond to ensure my car was restored as though never damaged. I have taken both of my cars in over the past 18months, and older Pulsar hatchback and my pride n joy Lexus and both cars were repaired exceeding my expectations. Today, 19August 2016, I encountered the rudest, most arrogant, patronising, obnoxious man I have ever met. I presume he is the manager as he is not the owner. When I jokingly asked him to go out in the rain to check my broken tail light he told me to go elsewhere!!!!! Please do NOT do business with a person like this!! The receptionist is delightful, which is why I went there. Paul, the owner of Chelsea Smash Repairs was very polite and receptive when I called him to report my experience. No apology though.

Mark from Chelsea Crash Repairs is the most knowledge man, the most helpful man and a man who will go to any length to assist the ordinary consurmer who finds themselves in a world they know very little about.Kindness comes disguised in many different packages and there is the saying don't" judge a book by it's cover but take time to read the content before making up your mind" ! Mark! you and your people including your lovely receptionist have made what could have been a really rotten experience into something that was easy to navigate with a most satisfactory outcome. You have gone far beyond what you needed to do and for that I am eternally grateful!I cannot recommend Chelsea Smash Repairs highly enough! Well done!"

Pack of backyard hackers not panel repairs arseholes.covered entire engine bay in metallic overspray got silking through the paint work(unprofessional) not the work of a qualified tradesman, left a huge scratch on the rear door from the accident then told me buff it off myself with wax. never again

Quality service. Professional and efficient staff who understand the importance of keeping customers informed of all repair options and relative costs. Really happy with repairs to my car.
