Dreadful experience. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend buying carpet from here, not even for my dog kennel. I ended up going over to harvey norman rutherford and got cheaper and easier. Go there save your stress and Money!

Got all my carpet and floor boards through Maitland carpet court after the April floods, supplied and laid in a timely fashion. had no trouble until floor boards started coming apart and chipping what followed has been 12 months of hell, not replying to emails or returning phone calls asked for a copy of the purchase receipt still haven't got that, between carpet court and Embleton's (the floorboard manufacture) I haven't seen worse customer service from any company.

We ordered a carpet. We were told by phone that the carpet we ordered wasn't available and they had another that they assured us was very similar.It was only after installation, through insurance, that we found it to be far less quality than what our insurance company paid for. Bad service.We are looking at new carpet again already, only 3 years later and we won't be going here!

Thankyou guys for getting Miiplanks in for us. We couldnt afford them all at once so Craig keep them there for us to pickup each fornight as our pay came in. Fantastic service very helpful and nothing was a problem. Would Highly Recommend.
