The 2 young ladies were very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Even though they were busy one went out of her way to assist an older woman finding and choosing sleeper earrings. She even put them in for her. Kudos to your staff that were rostered on today.

Came here on the 27/01/2023 to get my Helix pierced and was served by the lovely Bri. She kept me calm, as I was freaking out about getting it pierced. Such amazing customer service by her. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Last week before I check out, a lady who work there she told me if my client who is a bride doesn't choose any of these hairdresser I can return them(500+ dollars) this week. But when I asked them today, they said I can't return them. In fact I can understand the policy but why you tell me at first time? Those are 500+ dollars!!!! What should I suppose to do with them? If you can tell I can't suppose to return them I won't buy that much!!! Now I can buy nothing for my son in Christmas just because of you!!!!!!!

I had my 5 year old daughters ears pierced today at noarlunga and was so happy with the service. Friendly, caring and gentle..im so glad we went there it was a really good experience and my daughter loves her flower studs :) Thanks girls.

3 young ladies (assume they all were working) were having a lovely chat at the desk about their social life's whilst I walked in needing assistance with finding something, was looking around for a solid 5 minutes without being greeted. But sorry I forgot who their sleeping with is more important to discuss than helping a customer and having common sense and doing your job , whoops!Won't be shopping at this location

Walked in today (23/4/20), 2 young ladys just sitting down on their phones, didn't say hello or even acknowledge that I was in the store, I had the say excuse me 3 time before I got some help, very unprofessional, I don't mean to sound like a prude, and don't care about using phone as I do it to, but at least put it down when a customer comes in

Horrible customer service. When asking why the returns policy is not displayed, or why we are not informed at checkout, seeing as half the store can not be returned, Chelsea “the manager” repeatedly said “name a store that has one displayed” over and over until I did name a store that has their returns policy displayed. VERY aggressive, very unprofessional and no way to deal with a query. Needs to be retrained in how to deal with customers. Still don’t understand why it’s not displayed considering your policy to return items is and I quote from your customer service team “very strict”.
