We built our home with Trio Homes. The whole process from meeting with Vince to design our home, demolition of our old house and then rebuilding our new home was an exceptional experience. The team was professional, experienced, dedicated, and everything was completed to the highest standard. We were kept updated on progress regularly and were able to contact the team whenever we needed them. We love our home and would highly recommend Trio Homes.

Trio home did an excellent job to build our beautiful home. During pandemic stressful time, the company made it easier for us. Our house has finished quickly and with very good quality, compared to other builders.It was very nice to communicate with everyone in the company. All of them are very friendly and professional.Vince did a very good job to come with a customer design floor plan for us. Anything we prefer will be put in the plan also gave us some very good recommendation to reduce the cost. Bonnie helped us pick up a very nice interior items. NJ also done an excellent job for monitoring and supervising the construction of the house. At every stage of the construction he was patiently walk us through the project and explain details to us. Also provide some very good suggestions. Over all it was a very good experience build our house with Trio, we are highly recommended their service. If we ever build again we would be with them again.

Had to forgo my deposit of $7000.00 as I got frustrated at their failure to provide clear response to my queries with regard to the land n soil survey results. This was despite my repeated reminders to Dino and the company. Disappointing.... On the other hand, Vince was responsive and professional when dealing with the design plans for my house .

Throughout our experience with creating our dream home with Trio Homes Team was nothing but positive. They are a group of talented and professional people and each one of them treated us like their own families or friends. They remain very positive and confident while Covid caused some delays and concerns. They assured us that the quality of the house is not going to be compromised and will be beautiful which they totally delivered. Special thanks to Vince for designing beautiful and functional house for us even there were so many rather different requests we had. Your advice was spot on and we felt happy that we trusted you. Also Bonnie who was my champion as I really enjoyed working together with you while making many decisions for interiors. You were so generous with sharing your knowledge and providing advices every time I had questions. I’m so happy with my beautiful kitchen and bathrooms and cannot help but thank you every time I look at them. NJ, you have to be the best site manager ever! The extension of support you have given us made us realize that you really treat your customers as your own friends or families. Thank you for everything NJ. It has been over a year now that we have lived in our Trio Home and we are so glad we chose to build with them. Not only is the quality far and beyond what the cookie cutter big builders churn out, but we have friends that started building before us and are still yet to be in their home! As for the team at Trio Homes they were amazing every step of the way from design to handover and were always only a call or text away and always quick to get back to us during the build. Our battleaxe block required a custom design and Trio Homes have delivered a work of art. I never would have though a house this beautiful, with amazing frontage could be done on our land. The people at Trio Homes are clearly experienced and care about the quality of the build, unlike the big builders, Trio Homes care about the end product and every house they build is a testament to their quality and care. During the design phase we were shown many extras that Trio Homes build as a standard for a higher quality build that will last, and living in the house for over a year now there have been no nasty surprises and not a single regret! Looking at other houses in the market the build quality and attention to detail cannot be beat. During the build we met onsite and it was re-assuring to see that all of the tradesmen that worked on our house were actually skilled workers that do a quality job, and not just someone with no experience picking up the tools to get it done as soon as possible. Trio Homes has created a home that will last generations and we couldn't be happier. When we have guests over they are blown away by the beauty and always compliment the design and quality.
