First time I’ve been to this Kmart and it was lovely! Everything was well stocked and great merchandising. Found everything I was after and more! The man on the door was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Great layout and well maintained shop. stuffs are friendly and helpful. good collection of homewares, Male, women and kids produscts. planty of toys and electronics products. it's a preety big outlate.. price are reasonable and in good quality.

2.6 - There needs to definitely be some sort of Aisle/Product Locator to help the existing store experience. I identified a pair of Safety Goggles that I wanted to buy. However, I couldn't find them and had to go to Service area for help. I was told that they would be in Men's Accessories (What..That's a problem in itself), or Cosmetics or Camping. No indication was given for where these areas were and I had to ask others along the way if they had seen the product, go back and ask her other questions etc. Such a waste of time. Apathetic staff" is right. Then I popped into BigW

Love K mart... Always end up buying more stuff than I really need... Well stocked and clean unlike some stores in the West that look like they have been ransacked.... The staff is extremely courteous and friendly

Well known for cheap prices but obviously only fair quality so no high end brands. Check out is self serve and located oddly in the middle of the store. Usually a queue to pay but moves fast.

One of my favourite stores. Clean and well organized. Stock levels are always full. Good range of products at a reasonable price always. Friendly staff. The aisles are tidy and not cramped. The checkouts move quickly and there's never a long wait time. Plenty of parking.

I purchased an outdoor storage unit that was more flimsy than I had expected. (Which is fine, I'm not expecting amazing quality from Kmart). Unfortunately after assembling, I decided it was too fragile and opted to refund and buy something from Ikea. Once assembled, it's really difficult to take apart, so I undid a few screws enough to be able to fit it into my car. Along with the box so they could scan it for the refund...This morning, on arrival at Top Ryde Shops, I grabbed a trolley and awkwardly steered from the carpark to Kmart. A kind passers-byer saw me struggling and helped me through the doors and up the escalator.Everything was OK up until I reached the front door of Kmart. I asked the male employee, tall, teen to early 20s who was checking bags if he could help me with the trolley or perhaps call someone to help me as I was worried I would knock items in the store over or even worse hurt a person/kid/ customer as I can't really see above the trolley. He replied nah
