The queuing system is fast and efficient. Online and phone services are excellent too. Staff are friendly and don’t make you feel silly for not knowing something. Plus of course, the prices are great and the medication is always in stock in my experience.

Whilst this Chemist does have a good range and reasonable prices, lately it's been taking longer than 30 minutes to dispense prescriptions (43minutes was their last effort). Because the shop is located in a semi industrial area, you can't easily go and do other shopping whilst you're waiting.

The most disorganised pharmacy. Online ordering does not help them organise themselves. Be prepared to wait for scripts. Otherwise usual range and prices.

Waited 40minutes for a script for them to say there’s a mistake when I told them if they’re mistakes to call the number provided, then waited 20minutes for them to do that. Won’t come back, I’d rather pay another chemist, big scam so you walk around and buy while waiting. Business is for the money no way the customers

Will not shop/support these stores again. No longer are paper receipts available, I was asked why I needed a copy and that information shouldn't be disclosed as to why I need it. I'd rather pay more for my scripts and buy them elsewhere if paper receipts are no longer printed here.

Worse place to go for prescriptions. Nothing like having to wait 35minutes for a simple script. This afternoon the place was pretty empty, Pharmacist in charge C.Watts was having a great time being social, having snacks but I think he forgets customers have their own lives. Sorry to blame him, but it's not the first time. It could be the company saving money or perhaps they think if they make customers wait long enough they will buy more
