Love the customer service here, beyond excellence!!! I did my last minutes shopping here, was in a total rush on a Friday 17/06/2022. I have been served by 3 helpful blokes, different sections. I had a bag full of stuffs in and out the store within 5 minutes with a genuine advice on what products are good and what should not buy. Also bonus with great friendly cashier.Come and check this store out for yourself and see how professional they are.

Worked into supercheap bankstown needed a battery for my van teddi helped me with the battery fitted was just about to leave but stayed back fitted the battery him self and finished the sale thanks tedi

Falsely advertising on website that they do car battery fitting, yet they won't do it for stop/start batteries. It's 2023 most cars are stop/start.You should update your site to specify what type of batteries and don't waste people's time and money spent in buying a battery from you that you cannot fit. I ended purchasing a SCA gift card that's now wasted.

Needed a indicator globe replaced on a 2016 corolla a young chap by the name of Connor did the job for us very helpful well knowledged, got the job done in a couple minutes very polite with a great attitude great to see Supercheap is hiring such good people, very high quality customer service

Very disappointed today 4/2/23 at about 12:30pm. Came to the store and asked if they could replace my car key battery. The guy that was at the counter just said no we don't do batteries. I don't understand how they have done them before and no all of a sudden they don't and I knew he was lying. The guy that does the installs was there so that wasn't the excuse as i saw him outside. Yes there was a que of people I was happy to wait. I walked out called chullora sca and they said yes they do it but don't understand why bankstown didn't?You guys seriously need to pull your weight and also the guy that served me needs to have better customer service as he was rude and looked depressed to be there.

Quick online purchase, replacement battery, click and collect. I Mentioned to SCA staff that I seen the same battery a bit cheaper in another store, they price matched it. Saved $26.

Not too long ago I had my paint mixed by Jason, the paint turned out fantastic and was an exact match, he gave me very quality customer service and I will be returning for more !

10/06/2023 3:30pm A white guy with a beard on the counter very rude and aggressive because he is upset and when I complaint to the manager who is a nice guy I realised that the manager gets scared from his workers, however, I will never deal with Bankstown anymore

The team here make me feel so welcome! As a woman, I don't have much knowledge on cars etc and this particular store hands down ALWAYS drops whatever their doing to help me. They have happily come out to my car to check something.If your a woman and have anxiety with this type of stuff please do not go to the Lakemba store. They have made me feel so stupid every single time I go there, I drive further than I need to come to this Bankstown store! They are always well stocked here and never not had what I needed. Thank you to all the kind staff, your kindness does not go unnoticed!
