Tom did my Wedding Dress alterations (his alteration company is Patt & Specs 4U) and he did such an amazing job, because my dress had intricate lace, and in order to shorten the hem, all the lace had to be unpicked and stitched back on, and he did such an amazing job!!! The sleeves also needed altering, and he just took one lot of measurements and got everything to fit perfectly! He really understands tailoring and how different materials hang and how to cut each design…Later when I told him I hadn’t found an Evening Gown, he just said “I’ll design one for you” and he showed me the design, and which material he was going to use, and again after only one single fitting, he made a stand-out couture gown - gold sequin column gown with pearl sleeve details (see photos). I had so many people asking where I got the gown, even the wedding photographers wanted to know!Not only is he excellent at his craft, he is a really nice person with an amazing background which explains why he is as successful as he is today.I can’t recommend him enough, and we’ll be going back to him again!!
