I use the pool 3 mornings per week when i dont have other committments,unfort not to many do,quick to complain.l'ts opened quite a lot over the summertime,closed for winter,cheap entry&for those who care u can purchase a card to use i think about $65x20 entries,then your daily entry of $3.50 is all day so you can come&go often in the same day.on mainland its about $10. Sharon&the team do a good job ensuring the equipment is in good working order&cleaning up after others who leave their rubbish aroundWell done to Sharon who puts a lot of hours in

Fantastic to have the pool on the island. Safe swimming and social place for the kids and great exercise for the adults. Very friendly staff and good swimming classes.

Russell island Aquatic Centre pool is now open every day (except Dec 25th). $3.50 entry and come and go all day if you like. Great value.

Redlands council is hampering the community, keeping the pool closed six months of the year although it has heating. In the summer months it is only open about 30 hours a week, more during school holidays. No shop, no EFTPOS, gardens are being neglected. Pool is lovely and well kept, when open.

Council run pool. A nice asset for the community. Its nice to have somewhere to swim because the island us surrounded by dirty water and the swimming enclosure is a disgrace. Pool is always clean. There is shade there. Should be open more often. Good place for kids. Staff are friendly and qualified.
