I've given National Motor Rewinds one star because I couldn't work out how to cut a star in half.Their customer service is poor at best. I later found out I paid a premium for their product and when I couldn't get any assistance with a problem with instructions supplied with the motor I was sent a quote of $350 +gst for there rep to come out with some customer care. After blowing my top to Charles (manager?) someone came out and managed to clear up the confusion and get the motor going weeks after the initial purchase. (The only high point. )Shame NATIONAL MOTOR REWINDS

The quote we would have given you would have been an estimated one based on the information we were given by you.

Service appears to be fast and accurate, but cost is quite expensive, so Im not sure its good value.

Extremely poor customer service. I called for a quote. They came soon thereafter and told me the entire fan system was faulty and needed replacement. At a cost of over $5000. I then obtained another quote from another company that came. Found it was a faulty solenoid and was a $100 part. Suffice to say I won’t be calling national motor rewinds for any future works.
