Ladies there are great at their jobs, however they are always understaffed. I always wait too long and unfortunately I don’t always have time to wait.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting. They don't book appointments so you have to go in and wait your turn. Otherwise their service is good, however overpriced. Would give them 4 stars if they started booking appointments again.

I have been going to ottoman 3 since they first opened in Myer. To put into perspective at least over 8 years. And while I have had an over all good experience at highpoint (making sure to go out of my way to see certain brow artists due to trust issues after having had a bad experience seeing a different therapist) this service truly takes the cake. I started going to watergardens purely due to the convenience of its location. With every session I feel like I walk out more and more dissatisfied with my service. Every therapist has told me something different and with ever sitting I need to sit there and continuously explain what I would like. I’m due to get married in the next few months and after growing my brows for years I have walked out with tadpoles on my face. The therapist did not measure my brows from beginning to end, or from end to end like how they usually do. The right brow turned out fine, until the therapist took almost two rows from my left brow making it literally look like a tadpole then explaining to me that “this is due to my own natural brows that the top needs to grow” whereas in the past, when senior therapists have refused to take any hair out due to the fact that this would not work for my brows. After explainingto her that yes they are not made to be exactly the same but the two were EXTREMELY far from similar and I was told to just “fill them in” I hate to leave a review, I myself am a beauty therapist who works in the industry and absolutely hate receiving bad reviews but I truly am quite unhappy and having experienced such a mediocre service, I now understand that it is not for me to harass or make the team at ottoman 3 upset, but purely just to make this apparent to the team that I have stuck around for a very long time (even with the continuous increase in price) but I think this will have to be my last visit.

Very professional and lovely staff. I was happy to wait for my turn as I was always walk out of there feeling and looking amazing. Love my brows!!! Thanks girls. Life long customer here :)

I would recommend you ask for a senior brow artist. I did not get a senior artist on my most recent visit and now I have a patch missing from the top of my brow. I would have thought with the money it costs that all the artists are senior.

Ottoman3 is amazing!!!!! All staff are so friendly and ALWAYS make your experience a positive one each time. There is no other place I would trust to do my brows.
