You just need to give your site manager’s phone number- Robert will organize all of them. Any issues if you ask, Robert will message or ring you immediately. Even Our site manager said that Robert is very professional, lots of experience when dealing with construction issues and easy to communicate. And you just realized there are soo many things you want to ask and Robert can give you clear answers and message you very quickly. He also can contact site manager again to help you for questions.2, Inspection report- He always sends inspection report before I ask. During construction process- I have to wait, wait, wait for nearly everything. Robert’s report is exclusive.Inspection report is customized, clear, thorough and easy to follow and read. It includes any problems and issues Robert noticed through the inspection. It has very clear descriptions of major and minor defects with photos on the report. It’s clearly written how to rectify those defects and follow-up process. Identify how defects affect your new house in terms of quality and durability. So when you talk to your site manager you have a clearer picture in your mind.3, Robert does extra jobs like I used to ask him if he can have a look at retaining walls which shows on the house drawings by our builder– he inspected and explained to me what happened and told me the best way to do retaining walls – there are just my personal experiences and if you ask Robert regarding some issues related to your home project, I think he will tell you the solutions. I really appreciate his time and help!

So much knowledge abou investment properties and residential housing. Robert answered all my questions. The reports are in an easy to read format, with photos for reference and Robert was always available to discuss in detail any concerns I had. Robert was incredibly thorough and insightful during our pre-purchase inspection. He identified a handful of major defects with the property against various building codes. The property was only 3 years old and beautifully presented and without his insight we would have blindly taken on a number of risks and costs that were not obvious. Would highly recommend his service and well worth the money.
