Booked my car in for investigating a mechanic issue, first the secretary was pretty rude on the phone and after waiting 2.5 weeks for the service someone call me 2 days prior the service from the shop to report that they can't fixed it.Totally waste my time and bad service, please go somewhere else!

I serviced my car here once. Also I had a broken mirror. They repaired all of those but timing was an issue here. They took a such a long time to repair those damages. But still the work was fine.

Sam, the mechanic, was one of the most helpful, cheery people I have come across. Sam & Margaret kept me updated on the repairs & parts due to arrive from the east coast. Sorted out the problems with the car & it is back on the road running really well. I have so much confidence in the company, from Sam, Margaret in the office & I met the boss, who even smiled when I told him how good his staff are & I thought they have earned a pay increase. Very highly recommended indeed.

10/10 customer service for the team at Palazzo. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming + hooked me up with some Xmas choccy! The technician went out of his way and sorted out a battery clamp on the spot which saved me a trip to repco, legend! Thanks again - Tom

What an extremely friendly and helpful team.Margaret in the office is an absolute sweetheart as is mechanic Sam.Great communication and a level of customer service that you don’t see much of these days unless you’re family.It’s very clear they take pride in their ethics, workmanship and that they love what they do.Side note - definitely one of the coolest mechanics reception areas I’ve seen yet, love it!lol

Great team and service. The reception staff are always friendly and Sam is a nice and honest guy. He always makes time to explain issues to me and provide advice, doesn't push for an upsell at all.

Disclosure is a big issue here. I called on the phone, yes on the telephone to ask how much for an inspection to trf rego from NSW to WA. Was told $187 or so. Booked car in (which was two weeks away) they checked it and advised that it needed repairs. BUT I was told ON THE DAY of inspection that they wouldn’t actually fix anything and that I would have to go elsewhere for any repairs to enable me to register my car. Why didn’t they tell me that on the phone????? Car rego was running out and we needed car for work. And they said that I would have to rebook the car for a final inspection. BUT NEVER mentioned that we would have to pay another $124 for the privilege.Why didn’t they tell me that too???So we booked the car in elsewhere for repairs and had the car registered in 3 days without paying the $124 Disclosure, is the backbone of repeat business. And they lost my business now and forever.

Im a recently new customer whos currently dealing with the nightmare of re-registering a secondhand vehicle.The people at Palazzo have been very kind and informative and patient during this ordeal and I love how thorough their work is on safety standards. Completely trustworthy and Im now going to these guys for now on.
