Just had my first treatment ever and it was such a good experience at Makegood! Leading up to the appointment, the guys gave me really good advice and made sure I was well prepared for it. On arrival, Julian and Nick talked me through it all again and really calmed my nerves — then it was over in a flash! I really appreciate the approach they take and I can't wait for my next session! Can highly recommend.

Julian is a basket full of knowledge on laser. I sent him some photos of my keloid scarring and he contacted specialists and researched the best possible place for treatment. Very kind to put in the effort without payment. I will definitely be running through his door when I’m ready for tattoo removal.

I am so happy with the care, treatment and results from Makegood tattoo removal, I cannot recommend Julian enough. He was very reassuring in what was a very delicate and public tattoo removal. I was anxious that botched tattoos would look even worse after treatment but he welcomed my concerns, gave me a spot check on the tattoos and we discussed the removal and aftercare process. When I finally had them removed, I was so happy with the result, it has been literally life changing. The clinic is clean; literally sparkling clean, and as a health care professional, I give him full marks on the clinical environment that he has created. Julian is extremely professional, and very thorough in his work. After walking around for a couple of years with aregrettable tattoos I honestly feel like I have had a miracle occur.

Highly reccomend Make Good Laser Tattoo Removal, having already enquired with many other Laser Tattoo Removal businesses, Julian was the stand out being he was able to answer all my questions and didn't hard sell me. He was honest about the process and expected results/timeline. Also was one of the only Laser Tattoo Remvalists to offer off his own accord to do test patches which I think is very important. So far he has underpromised and overdelivered.

I had been around to different removal clinics previously to chat and get quotes, and ended up giving up due to the lack of care and service, high prices and pressure to pay hundreds of dollars upfront before even having my first appointment. It all seemed too hard. Finding MakeGood was such a relief! Quick easy communication, honest and upfront idea on pricing, number of sessions and expected results. First session booked and done (quicker than I could even get answers from others). The space is really inviting and you feel very well taken care of and relaxed. Julian is super friendly and puts you at ease as he clearly knows his stuff and has top of the line equipment :) highly recommend! Do not go anywhere else!

Amazing work and experience. This place is an extremely professional and calming place. It made what I thought was going to be a pretty traumatic experience actually quite nice, which I didn't think would be possible.I physically visited at least ten different places for tattoo removal around Melbourne and was met with a mix of bad customer service, questionable setups and daunting staff that told me they couldn't do certain colours etc due to limitation in their apparatus and skillset. I was also quoted prices almost double what Make Good quoted me.Safe to say I am super happy with my decision and look forward to the remaining sessions. Value is well worth it.
