Awesome Jewellery store, the young lady who served me was so helpful and kind.. great service..

Went into Prouds Carnes Hill, and they did not get the sale with me, big mistake Prouds lost a Sale, all because No Vax card, and as for you staff one day Prouds may not have enough to pay your wages enough think about that one

Never shop there - staff are rude, not helpful and scam you. I bought a GUESS watch from them - and when it died and I wanted it looked at, all I got was... I spoke to my manager and we cannot do anything". I bought it from the store and they didn't even want to look into it for me. I ended up going to Big W and buying a $20 watch to get me by until I can go to a better jewellery shop to purchase... never again will I buy from them. To even talk to me appeared to be an effort for her - disgusting!"

I have been an extremely loyal customer to the store for several years and have noticed within the last couple years especially certain staff members have grown to be flat out rude, negligent, and honestly entitled and I need to express this. I’m completely disheartened by the downgrade in customer service and lack of respect they show to customers but also from what I’ve seen their colleagues too. One older lady Monica who has been there for years and has served me countless times before just looks like she doesn’t want to be there. She is often too deep in conversation with other staff or even on her phone to notice me walk through the door or browse. When she does serve me, she is flat with a poor attitude, and if I ask to look at a cheaper more affordable item, she is blunt and changes her entire approach to rush me out the door which makes me feel worthless and judged. I’ve even on occasion had to come back into the store after making a purchase to enquire but it was clear that she was talking about me with other staff members while snickering. I have tried to steer clear of her, but there is also a younger girl there who is similar and honestly treats me the exact way she does. She is blunt, rude, and impatient to the point where her facial expression and body language makes it clear she does not care or want to even try help me. I have walked past with the intention of shopping however I saw the two of them chatting in the corner while numerous customers were waiting for help. When I walk into the store, if she is already occupied it is very difficult to get her attention and I notice she goes out of her way to avoid serving when she is chatting with other staff. This has honestly changed my whole opinion of the store, and I genuinely do not feel comfortable shopping there when these two ladies are working, and I cannot recommend anyone to shop there and tolerate their disgusting behaviour. I would not wish anyone to experience the level of horrible service and feelings of judgement they make me feel. Thankfully there are other staff members who are extremely friendly and happy to help which if you are going to shop there definitely seek their assistance over the other two ladies!!!! I hope this reaches Management and beyond so they can take the action to resolve this poor service or remove them from the store.

Wish i could leave 0 stars, bought many products from Prouds. Unfortunately staff members need training in utilizing their policies in regards to refund and repairs. They just like to give misleading information and fail to problem solve for after purchase, aswell as wanting me to pay for repairs that should be under warranty. The jewelry is weak and flimsy and quite frankly i get cheaper better quality at other companies. Incredibly disappointed in this company as i have spent a lot of money. Will not be making this mistake again.
