The worst agents I met in Canberra. Poor property management , not professional at all. If you are a property owner like me, do yourself a favour, avoid to give your property to them.

The team are wonderful! I was a landlord with another agency and was so happy to move across to Premier Capital Properties. I have been with them now for over 2 years, and I absolutely love my 24/7 access, the updates I receive, the detailed reports, the friendly service, everything ... I am so happy to have them manage my property!

They are extremely professional and friendly,they dealt with 2 problems I had very quickly and always kept me up to date with the progress. if I move , I'd be happy to have them as my Real Estate agents again

I would give this agency negative ratings if possible. They forced entry into my premises, completely ignoring my emails denying access. They are difficult to work with and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to have them as real estate agents again. They have no legislative standing in the way they carry out business. They should also not be allowed to function as a real estate agency.

What can I say Customer service was amazing they helped me in every way possible. They helped me with finding a rental property. the courtesy and respect that was shown from the staff at premier capital was incredible best service. I have known Rick, Trish and the Team for about 17 years as both a purchaser and seller. The service I have received has always been excellent.They have also managed a number of rental properties for me over the last 16 years. Kylie the current rental manager is always prompt, professional and easy to deal withI am very happy to recommend their services.

They are unreliable, unprofessional, please avoid dealing with them. Worst ever seen. Communication between myself and them was extremely poor and the excuse was that they couldn't find my mobile phone number!! They did not pay me the rent on the due date (I was renting a property through them), and the excuse was that they made a mistake and made the deposit into another bank account!!

These guys let the tenants destroy my property and blamed it her after she's left. We were left with illegal modifications in the house, holes in the fence and from the neighbours, they had about 15 people and about 8 dogs (a litter of 6 puppies) living there at any one time. The property manager didn't even do a thorough final inspection as the property was very dirty when we inspected it.Would not trust these guys to look after a dog house.

I would strongly suggest anyone to avoid this business. They are unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with. In our case, they held our bond and refused to sign the form to release it until we jumped through unrealistic hoops as they knew we had no choice but to do what they wanted. I brought my concerns about the processes (that is specific to their business - ie wanting to see personal payments made by us) to the Managing Director Fred and the Principal Rick by email on a couple of occasions over the last 7 months (time it took to get them to sign the bond form) who both chose not to reply or acknowledge.
