Most horrible service ever. Arrived @ 6:30 for a 6:45 reservation and was seated. Restaurant had only 3 other tables with guests. Ordered food and drinks. Appetiser arrived. Waitress came and said they didn’t have the alcohol for margarita. Changed my drink order and also asked for glass of water. Waited over 45 minutes for glass of water. Continued to wait for main meals. Noticed people who came in after us got their drinks and meals before us. Complained to management about service. Finally got food - very bland. Would I recommend this restaurant HELL NO I’d rather go across the street to Taco Bell.

Not too busy. Lovely service and they take their time preparing your food. And they also ask whether you liked the food or not - to see where they can improve if they need to. I definitely recommend if you want a laid back dinner with good conversation. Great for groups too.

Terrible service.We were the only ones in the restaurant with two staff members chatting away.The male staff member saw me trying to get their attention and he then turned his back to us and continued chatting with the female staff member.Took her 10-15 mins to come to us but we had decided to leave by then and went to the Sporting Globe next door which had fantastic service.

Made a booking more than two weeks ago for Mother’s Day. Didn’t get a confirmation so we assume that our lunch booking was still okay, showed up today not open no sign, Nobody called me to reconfirm or change booking. Utterly disappointed in the lack of communication.

Great food, excellent service, lively ambience. We love the wall painting. The Mexican theme add to the fun dining experience.

Amazing food and fast friendly service. I had the Mexican Parma. It was massive! And delicious! Staff were super friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere too. We will definitely be back!

Great food but QR app needs to reflect what is actually there. Asked for Chardonnay, was told there was stag Chardonnay, yep. Given sparkling, tried to explain to floor staff that it wasn’t Chardonnay.. got nowhere. So gave up and drank sparkling. Floor staff need more training

We had a great dinner today at Bar-ito. It's a new place located right next to Cinema Reading in Chirnside Park. We didn't have much expectations since it's our first time there but we definitely had a great experience. We love the food and the service. My husband ordered Carnita Pork Chop and I ordered Sizzling Fajita and I'd definitely recommend both. The ambience of the place is really awesome and I love the music they're playing. Two things I'd probably recommend though. First is to have someone assigned to guide the customers entering the restaurant where they can sit. There was no sign that says wait to be seated" so I don't know if I can just sit anywhere since no one was there or wait so I had to ask the person at the Bar. There were two entrances one from outside and one from the Cenima so I'm not sure if there was a sign there. Second suggestion is to put a sign on the table that says we can order online by scanning the Barcode on the table. We were waiting for someone to get our order and took us some time to realize we can do the scanning cause it's located on the edge of the table. Other than these

Just left Barito. Ordered two margaritas our server was lovely and drinks came to the table quickly. This is were the good service stopped. We waited 30 minutes after food was ordered for the waiter to ask if we were all good to which we replied we need to go to our movie and only can wait another 15 minutes for food. 20 minutes later waiter didn't come back to let us know on wait time. We decided to leave to go to our movie. We got a sorry from the lovely staff member working the till but our waiter never came and spoke to us. Horrible communication tonight for what looked like a very slow night at the restaurant. We are left hungry. Please communicate with patrons and let them know wait times l could have then made a decision to eat elsewhere. This my first date night with my husband in ages we both work shift work and don't get to get out much shame it was let down by the restaurant tonight.
