I rarely leave reviews, but credit where credits due. Great guys, Honest Service.Came to Jays for a second opinion after being quoted in excess of 1500 for repairs + costs of a tyre change + $88, from Pit Stop for a RWC, completely willing to get the repairs done. I was open about the quote. They did a thorough check, agreed with the tyre change and bulb replacement. Saved me 1500! Cars running beautifully. Didn't even charge for the bulb.Will definitely be recommending Jays to whoever asks. Thank you!

We called Jay at 9am this morning about a noise we had with our car. We were only in Noosa for the day and he managed to squeeze us in at 11am the same day to check it out. He was beyond helpful with great customer service and helped us get on our way to Melbourne. Couldn’t recommended him enough. Thanks for all your help.

Rude male staff on phone! you cant even send a reminder message to remind about the appointment and you get upset with the customer for 15 min late?? I live just 2 min away, And you cancelled the appointment i have waited for whole week for this and u asking to wait for another one week??? Ridiculous

The team at Jay Automotive are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I don't know much about cars and in my experience most mechanics can see me coming a mile away and bamboozle me with car talk. Not so at Jay Automotive. From my first visit Jay was welcoming, honest and not intimidating. I highly recommend this business for their knowledge, reasonable prices and their willingness to go the extra mile to help you. Excellent service!

Half way through a road trip we ran into mechanical issues, we only had a day in Noosa to fix it, Jay helped us out immensely, and in no time the issue was fixed and we were on the road again. Friendly, effective and efficient service. Much appreciated!!

My car broke down and I needed assistance. Although they were very busy, they spent some time to help me because I was desperate (I needed my car to be fixed as soon as possible). They were very efficient and the service was really great!Furthermore, I also came here to pass the Roadworthy, and the team was very friendly and honest with me.Without a doubt, I recommend this to everybody!

We brought in our Nissan X-Trail to Jay in October'19 because of an overheating engine. He was advised to us by a local from Noosa. We had a good experience with Jay. He did a proper examination and concluded it was the head gasket that was overdue. Quite a pricey repair but Jay promised us to do everything around it as well. So that no further surprises would pop up. In the end he also double checked the car for free to see whether everything was still going well. So all in all a good experience for a fair price.
