Best Buy Mowers - Mower Place

Purchased a new lawnmower, fantastic and helpful....sadly that's were the good ended!3 weeks later a belt comes off (and was due for 1st service), took mower in, won't be able to look at it till mid next week at earliest. Seriously, 3 week old mower and they couldn't even take a look at it to put belt back on, a job that took an untrained person 15 minutes! Week later I'm back with a second issue, no can't look at it, be lucky to see it before Christmas....a brand new mower, 2 issues and no after sales service at all. Very poor. I love the Honda brand but won't be going back.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Booked in for a first service and and took 2 weeks and was still not done. After questioning explaining a car service is done in a day, i was told we do not work like that. I m just wondering how they do work, because with attitude like that you will run out of customers very quickly.

Came in to get my Honda trimmer serviced. Had it back within a 3 days all ready for Christmas.Adam was fantastic, price was good service was fantastic.New owners really go the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Excellent customer service. my chainsaw gave up the go today. I originally went to stihl capalaba, complete waste of time. They are very rude & have extremely poor customer service. I literally sat in the Carpark outside & rung other companies in the area. Being late in the day & urgently needing a machine to complete the job the following day i was stressing. I'm not sure who i had spoken to at best buy, but he was great. Got my chainsaw & all the goodies to keep it functional at a fair price. This will be my new local from now on. Highly recommend

This is my favourite place to get parts for my Husqvarna chainsaws and other small engine projects. Adam and Sean have always been friendly and offer plenty of advice. This is the place to go if you need quality outdoor power equipment or parts at a fair price.Thanks legends

Just picked up my new Honda mower, the staff took the time and stepped me through all the Honda hand mowers.From the time I called them this morning to time the sale was closed the customer service was fabulous.Well done guys keep up the great work.

I originally had a good experience with this place, the first time that I went there for a service. But that's where it ended. Very unwilling to offer anything resembling aftersales service.I got a service done; was happy at first. A few uses afterwards, was having problems. Took it back, immediately they got defensive and blamed me for not bringing it in earlier (it was winter, so even though it had been a couple of months, that was only like the second time I'd used it since) and avoiding the blame by saying that they didn't touch the part that failed". The part failed because it was ancient and should really have been replaced during the service (for the sake of a $10 part

Nice range of quality products. If they don't have what your after they're always happy to order it in. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are hard to beat

This is the first time that I have dealt with the team at Best Buy Mowers and I must say that they were a pleasure to deal with. I bought a cylinder mower and their understanding and assistance of my requirements was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Excellent customer service!I called with a bit of an emergency job on a Friday afternoon and they were more than happy to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with one of our honda pump engines.They explained everything and got me back online quickly.Very greatful for their service and knowledge.Awesome work guys!
