After suffering with the load of mothering/motherhood on my back and neck I needed more relief than just the average relaxation massage. I needed someone who understands this load on the specific muscles and the exact spots to get into. Kirstie did this so brilliantly that I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time and the tension did not return for months after-when I rebooked straight back in! She is so knowledgable, welcoming and the space is so warm and beautiful.

Cannot recommend Kirsty enough. Other massages are so brutal and leave me in pain. Since going to her, no pain, but the knots and tense muscles fixed. Wish I found her years ago

Once I entered the room I already felt relaxed. I had a lovely foot and wonderful head massage and it was just what I needed, so relaxing. So relaxing infact that afterwards my shoulders felt like sponges.Thank you Kirstie for you healing hands, I shall return.

Kirstie was lovely and her space is beautiful. Kirstie sat with me to go over the areas I wanted to focus on and explained how she would work on the muscle groups. I felt such relief afterwards. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I got to use my birthday voucher at Exhale and it did not disappoint. From booking through to the completion of my appointment Kirstie was amazing. I booked one of the Mother’s Day packages and it was beautiful. I was so relaxed and enjoyed every moment.
