Very poor communication.6 phone calls over 8 days & still no reply.if i could give less than 1 star i would be forced to do so. But 1 star is the minimum.Seems to me they are busy & dont think that communication is at all important.Even a sorry Paul. Your 10 cabins & grand design residence is unimportant to us.Take your business somewhere else.Sad really.

Total lack of Due Diligence. Zero Site Surveys and Plan was an A4 page with minimal details. 11 mtr long 2.2 mtr high Retainer Wall . No approvals submitted at all . Bolted Retainer Wall to joists and bearers of our house. House is being pushed over and being damaged due to faulty design. In our experience Mr Lindsay has blamed everything else instead of taking responsibility. Has been Rude and Argumentative causing enormous distress to our whole family. We are now feeling unsafe in our own home.Be Warned.

This company doubled their inspection prices halfway through the project without letting me know. Then they held my certification forms to ransom until I paid their ridiculous inspection fees. I have been using consultant engineers for over 15 years and these guys are the most unethical. Google their company name and News to read some really scary stuff.

Rang to ask if Lindsay consulting were able to look at a job I needed advice on at my home. They agreed and asked for photos and info to look at job, then received an email saying they were not taking on any new work. Feel this was a waste of my time. Would have appreciated this info at the outset, there would have been no issue on my part.
