Not a happy camper.Be careful not to end up with a chemical burn on your lips as occured to me this past weekend.They apologized and assured me it never happens but obviously it did.Apparently the operator accidentally put the gel on my bottom lip and didn't notice it so there for didn't remove it before putting under the light for 30 minutes.It would have been nice to be warned of the possiblity of a Burn blister though this didn't happen.My advise is be careful as it is very painful three days later. I can not drink and have to be careful when I eat... not good fun.I am not sure what I expected from Smile Labs in response to my informing them of the situation other than an apology but there you go.The Boss ask the same staff member to call me back to apologize again (not sure why the Boss didn't want to call me directly, would have been nice to think they cared enough about the clients. Maybe admitting liability can make some businesses nervous if litigation.Who knows.
